As part of the Safe day celebration at NPPF, we came up with an idea of collecting HSE records of all sections for the past year. Details of Major Accident, Minor Accident/Incident, HSE Violation, CAPA, Fire Alarm Incidents and HSE Observations were analyzed. The aim of this short program was to analyze which section has the lowest percentage of accumulated occurrences, keeping their section(s) in compliance as much as possible to the company’s HSE policy and HSE rules and regulations. To encourage all to strive more in achieving NPPF’s HSE Objectives, the section with the lowest percentage of accumulated occurrences was appreciated.
